All components may be returned within 30 days after customer receipt unless under warranty and not classified as "Non-returnable" (see below).
Always call IMS Customer Service at 856-662-1770 to determine return procedure for any damaged, repairs, replacements or warrantied components.
All unwanted components may be subject to a restocking charge of $15 or 25% (whichever is greater).
Special Note: All international sales are final.
What is NOT Returnable?
- All components under warranty will be evaluated by the manufacturer to determine if replacement/repair is required.
Where to Return:
- You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) using the IMS Product Return portal within 30 days after receipt of the component.
- Please do not return unless an RMA has been approved and issued by IMS.

- Please ensure that all components are returned in their original packaging.
- All returns must be shipped to IMS within 7-10 days after RMA is issued.
- Credit will be provided within 3 days once the returned product is received, inspected and approved by IMS.
