GENERAL RETURNS AND WARRANTY
RETURN OF UNOPENED AND UNUSED COMPONENTS
We accept returns of unopened, and unused components in their original packaging within 30 days with proof of purchase from the date of the invoice. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE?
- Components designated as NC/CR (non-cancellable / not returnable)
- Components that were in clearance or had special promotion.
- Components that have been used, installed or have been damaged by customer usage.
- Components that have been sold as partial counts or incomplete packages (broken packages).
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you via email if you're eligible for a refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Please note, a restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for return. Promotional sale items are non-refundable.

RETURN OF WARRANTIED ITEMS
Components may be returned under warranty in cases of non-conformance, non-performance, or manufacturing defects. All returns are subject to evaluation by the manufacturer to determine if repair or replacement is necessary. Please note that not all components are covered by a warranty unless explicitly stated. IMS Distribution provides a courtesy warranty extension beyond the original manufacturer's warranty for a specified period, as indicated at the time of sale.
WHERE TO RETURN
You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days after receipt of the component. Please do not return unless an RMA has been approved and issued by IMS DISTRIBUTION.
